1. Entry is strictly subject to a valid ticket/pass and QR code. Each QR code is valid for one person only and may be scanned only once.
2. The ticket/pass is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise announced by the organisers.
3. Attendees must carry a valid college ID/student ID along with their ticket/pass. The organisers reserve the right to verify identity at the venue.
4. Entry is restricted to eligible students/invitees as specified by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry if eligibility requirements are not met.
5. The ticket/pass does not guarantee entry if the attendee violates the event rules, venue regulations, or instructions given by the organising team/security personnel.
6. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or violates event/college policies.
7. Any form of harassment, bullying, violence, intimidation, vandalism, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Possession or consumption of prohibited substances, weapons, or any other restricted items is strictly prohibited. Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks.
9. Outside food, beverages, or other restricted items may not be permitted inside the venue. The organisers/venue management reserve the right to determine what may be brought inside.
10. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers and venue management will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
11. Attendees must follow all instructions issued by the organising team, security personnel, and venue authorities.
12. Photography and videography will take place during the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, videos, or promotional content captured during the event.
13. The event schedule, venue arrangements, performers, activities, and other event details are subject to changeat the discretion of the organisers.
14. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event, the organisers will communicate the applicable arrangements through official channels.
15. Re-entry is not permitted unless specifically allowed by the organisers.
16. The ticket/pass must not be duplicated, resold, reproduced, or misused. Any duplicated or fraudulent QR code will be considered invalid.
17. The decision of the organising team and authorised venue/security personnel regarding entry, safety, and event conduct will be final.
